With our new Automation-Package, we are giving our customers the opportunity to combine the two technologies of machining and collaborative robotics.
The interaction of the KUNZMANN milling machine and a collaborative robot (cobot) brings automation processes and human work together. Here, humans and cobots share not only the tasks, but also the work areas.
Particularly striking are the very simple integration and usability.
The 2D camera attached to the cobot can, for example, compensate for robot movements by moving the cart on which the cobot is mounted. For this purpose, the camera scans a defined position and then compensates for it.
This feature makes it easy to move the cobot between multiple machines without having to set it up again for each machine.

Linear encoder systems

Compact control with 19” screen and intuitive control panel
HEIDENHAIN’s TNC7 BASIC allows for an intuitive machine operation via clearly structured and context-sensitive user interfaces and softkeys for frequently used functions. The electronic handwheel HR 510 FS supports the operator in setting up and retooling the machine.

High-end control with large 24” screen, extensive keyboard, and integrated track ball
Ergonomic machine operation is guaranteed by the angled and rotatable control panel. The large screen makes the individual configuration of the HEIDENHAIN interface highly convenient. The electronic handwheel HR 510 FS supports the operator in setting up and retooling the machine.
