Rigid angular table
Clamping surface: 650 x 375 mm
T grooves: 5 x 14 H7
Table load: 250 kg
Universal tilting/swiveling table
The universal tilting and swiveling table allows the operator to position the workpiece in different angular positions.
Adjustment is done manually by handwheel.
The rotation angle of the clamping plate is digitally indicated on the control display.
Clamping surface: 650 x 395 mm
T grooves: 5 x 14 H7
Load: 220 kg
Electronic handwheel
The portable device supports the operator in setting up and retooling the machine due to a close view on the working area.
The handwheel features axis buttons, buttons for feed rates and control buttons for the machine.
Probe systems
In combination with the control probing cycles, switching 3D probe systems simplify set-up, measurement and control functions during processing.
Tool measurement
The following tool data is precisely determined via the control cycles:
- tool length
- tool radius
- tool wear
Arbor holder
The arbor holder is an additional device for horizontal milling.
It allows the use of long cutter spindles with one or more disk milling cutters up to a diameter of 150 mm.
Minimum-quantity lubrication system
As an alternative to conventional cooling, tools can also be cooled with an oil-air mixture over special cooling nozzles.
This technology allows dry and waste-free manufacturing.
CNC dividing head
By including a CNC dividing unit, you can process your workpieces from various sides.
Programming is done via the 4th axis of the control.
The dividing unit can be fastened vertically or horizontally on the angular table.
Center height: 160 mm
Heidenhain TNC 620 contouring control
The Heidenhain TNC 620 is a compact and versatile contouring control with 3 closed-loop axes and the option to add a 4th axis (B axis, e.g.) with a CNC dividing head.
Workshop-oriented programming with Heidenhain conversational programming language or DIN-ISO-Code
- Cycles: drilling, leveling, pocketing, grooves, contouring
- 3D graphic incl. simulation
- automatic drilling of inclined holes (option)
- probing cycles for 3D touch probes
- USB and Fast Ethernet interface
- AFR (Automatic Feed Reduction): With this innovative control feature invented by KUNZMANN, the feed rate is adjusted automatically depending on the spindle load.
Advantages: protection of spindle and machine mechanics

Siemens 840D sl ShopMill contouring control
The Siemens 840D sl ShopMill is a compact and versatile contouring control with 3 closed-loop axes and the option to add further axes (with a CNC dividing head, e.g.).
Workshop-oriented programming with ShopMill conversational programming language or DIN-ISO-Code, if required
15″ touchscreen for operation and navigation
- technology cycles: drilling, leveling, pocketing, grooves, contouring
- 3D graphic incl. simulation
- automatic drilling of inclined holes (option)
- probing cycles for 3D touch probe for calibration, measurement and compensation
- USB and Fast Ethernet interface
